Oh me oh my...didn't know you set up your food blog...will add it to my food faves!
We are huge fans of Meatless Mondays (tonight we have a zucchini, edamame and barley stew on the menu) and this soup sounds delish (my darling French husband hates white beans but he won't even know their in it!) - can't wait to try this one for next Monday.
