Curried Chicken Salad
- Cooked chicken breast (I sautéed mine in olive oil, then deglazed with orange juice) Cut into bite-size chunks.
- Mix (to your taste) with:
- Plain yogurt (two small containers?)
- Curry (about 1 T)
- Craisins
- Chopped Walnuts
- Fresh, chopped Pineapple
- Chopped Celery
- Fresh ground salt and pepper

Yum!!! I love curried anything so this looks like a real treat. Another curry sandwhich trick I do all the time & it's super easy- mix curry powder in with your standard mustard- dose a ham sandwhich with it- so yummalicious!
