Since it doesn't appear that Isla's visa will come through this week, I'm putting together a last-minute birthday party for Avery. I found some cute cupcake invitations, so I'm thinking of basing the other party items along that theme (I know, soooo original!) Cupcakes have really become sort of a cult, haven't they? I'm cool with that. In fact, I'll join.
Anyway, I Googled "cupcake-themed party," to get some decoration or party favor inspiration....

I'm planning on doing cupcakes for a couple July 4th parties this weekend. After seeing this I'm inspired to get a little fancy now!
I think those three kids' parties were more involved and well-developed than my wedding. :o)
CUTE invitation! I love anything cupcake =) That ladybug soiree was soo cute too!!
Adorable invitations!
you are so not out of your league- I know you will pull off something amazing!
How cute are those parties! And you're not out of your league...I can only imagine how cute the cupcake party will be for the birthday princess!
Party Dress always makes me feel inadequate, I am really fantastic at admiring fab party setups and really crap at putting them together, that said, I vote the Cinco de Maia scheme!
It's CRAZY how fancy kids' birthday parties have gotten. It's some seriously terrible escalation. No matter though, I absolutely love your invites and cupcakes are ALWAYS welcome (even if they aren't served on monogrammed melamine plates bought for the specific ocassion!).
Just thought I would say "hello"! I'm back from my blog-cation and hope your doing well!
XOXO,
