Totally. Obsessed.

With the Newport Coffee Table from OOMPH. The price tag, not so much. Seriously, OOMPH, $4200? Let's get real. In the meantime, if you wanna live in my la la land for a bit - check out the myriad of colors, and try, just try to pick a fave - I double-dog dare ya!

No way! That is a ridiculous price. Beautiful little table but I'm looking in my little glass ball and seeing you doing another beautiful turquoise furniture reno, though that might be a bit hard when you're pregnant and trying to avoid paint fumes. How about milk paint, does that come in turqoise?! Well, at least you have time to browse Craigslist.

Their stuff is wondey, but, yeah...maybe not THAT wondey. I love their little tables and can't even afford those!

isuwanee made some funny comments recently about their prices. Lovely items, but just so far out of reach for most of us.

That is steep but beautiful nonetheless.

I've long had a plan to make a similar tray table. Starting with a simple coffee table. I thought maybe I could use some decorative rails I saw and Superior Moulding in Van Nuys. I'd glue it around the top edge and just add a bunch of decorative stuff like that drop finial at center bottom. And I, of course would paint it pink and red with gold accents. Or maybe green... though I'm loving the turquoise. Follow me so you can see when I make it. I'm very inspired now. Also, see if Superior Molding has website. They are a killer resource for all type of trims, mouldings and doo dads. This is def a case where you need to go for the look for less.
