We don't have any plans for Valentine's Day. At least, since I'm the one who usually makes the plans around Casa Giese, I think I can safely say the cards are reading for a "rom-com" night at best. However, this Dean Martin-inspired mood board from FineStationery has given me an idea.
The Hubster's a big Deano fan, so maybe we'll try to get a sitter (unlikely at this late a date) and hit up one of the many local pizzerias. Or even better - have an at-home pizza night, complete with candles and a bit of vino. Red checkered tablecloth not necessary.

Love it! What a cute board. And night's in for Val are often the best. :-) Enjoy.
I love Valentine's at home. Sometimes thats the most fun. We are celebrating on Friday.
I'm not sayin...but I am sort of saying you should get this:

now, that's amore
We have no plans either, but pizza sounds great to me now that you mention it. Might have to do a pizza with a heart candle or something fun :)
Excellent idea!
We are headed to a Spanish themed dinner party with a group of friends who all have kiddos under 3! So while the parents enjoy a sizzling evening of fun, the little cherubs will be entertained with one another right under our feet! Oh the days pre-kids....so hard to remember now! :)
Sounds like it could be romantic to me. I plan on a table set up in front of the fireplace and some nice music and a good dinner with candlelight and just one on one with my sweetheart. Perfect!
great idea, go for it! we will probably have dinner at home, BF promised to cook "something delicious" :)
We aren't big into celebrating V-Day so we'll likely stay in and watch movies as a family.
Thanks so much for the feature :-) We are terribly snowed in today and I just ordered all the italian fare for our "That's Amore" dinner party Saturday night-- definitely praying they get the roads clear in time! I'll have to post some photos.
