Lust vs. Must

Simply dying for a pair of these lamps...
But, since I can't have, made an impulse buy of this vintage brass tray with bamboo edging.
Besides, this site, dedicated to all things vintage, antique, or handmade (and organized by color!) was too cool not to support.

I like that excuse, that is a new one and I will remember to use it when appropriate. I will tell Hubby, It is such a wonderful shop I just had to SUPPORT it. thanks I was running out of good reasons,this is the best one yet. You are what I call a shopping enabler,Kathysue

I love that tray! Such a good price too. Reminds me of my favorite wedding gift from L'Objet...it's a nickel oval platter with gold plated bamboo around it that acts as handles. It's pricey though...and was a really nice gift. Loving that brass one though too.
